Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over AED 99.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 99.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3 working days across all Emirates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

These terms explain your return and refund rights when purchasing from lansinohmiddleeast.com. They are written in plain language and set out our standard operational rules. They do not limit any rights you have under UAE law.

Lansinoh UAE operates in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection and E-commerce Rules.

Scope

These terms apply to physical products sold and delivered within the United Arab Emirates by Lansinoh UAE. They do not apply to services, digital content, or purchases from third-party sellers not operated by Lansinoh UAE.

Key Timeframes

(Counted from the date of delivery)

Change of mind (buyer’s remorse) or incorrect items: 14 calendar days. Eligible for return with refund only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

What Counts as Incorrect

An item is incorrect if we shipped the wrong SKU, model, colour, or quantity compared with your order.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

For hygiene and safety reasons, All items cannot be returned for change of mind once unsealed or opened:

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at

Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Date received
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

For defective or incorrect claims, please include clear photos showing the issue.

Return Authorization and Shipping

We will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions within two business days of your request.

Incorrect items: Lansinoh will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Packaging and Condition for Returns

Change-of-mind returns must be returned unused, with all tags, manuals, and original packaging intact.


We may refuse a return that arrives used, damaged, or missing parts unless it was returned because it was defective.

Inspection and Outcome

All returned items are inspected on receipt.For defective or incorrect returns, we will refund the item.


For change-of-mind returns, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned product, less any applicable return shipping or restocking fees if previously disclosed.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Once approved, refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Promotions and Price Differences

If an item you purchased later becomes subject to a legitimate price adjustment, Lansinoh UAE will follow applicable guidance on price differences and adjustments as required by law.

Fraud Prevention and Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
